New book promises to save marriages, says author One man concern over the state of marriages in The Bahamas and worldwide led to much research and the end result is a published book on his findings. Lennard Swain Jr. said, he has been working on this book for over 40 years. The native of Freeport said that he began writing in 1983 and finished a rough draft, which became a booklet in 1984 named Anatomy of the Incarnation. Following the release of the booklet, Swain said he was still impressed by the Holy Spirit to delve even further into the topic and he has continued his research and finally wrote the book. The Incarnation of Man, according to Swain, explains in depth the dynamics of women and men and their interactions. The book looks at such topics as, "the purpose of the virgin birth; the meaning of the Definition of Sin and the Duty of the Moral Law; Christianity and Science" and three aspect of "the Untold Story: - A Crisis in Relationship, the Feminine Mystic, the Feminine Intuition." Also the Men and the Feminine Mystic, the psychological complications, and the Social Issue. The 279 page book looks at everything from a spiritual aspect and Swain hopes through reading it, one will find the solution of the marital conflict, which seems to presently be plaguing the Bahamian society. The book is currently on sale at one of the bookstores in Grand Bahama and an official launch is being planned. It was published by Media Enterprises in Nassau and is also available online. |
