RELIGIOUS SYSTEMS HAVE DILUTED THE HEARTS OF MEN

God is changing and reforming the Church so that the power of the Kingdom of Heaven can be made manifested here upon the earth. The Church is God's agency upon the earth with a mandate to usher in the final cataclysmic change be-tween the inferior and defeated god of this world and the Creator of the heavens and the earth. As the Church changes, so will the world change! To-day, millions of believers around the world are coming into a new paradigm and new awareness of an imminent reformation of the Church. It is clear that this reformation is coming forth with a spiritual capacity of major global proportions. The consensus among many is that "Church as we know it is preventing Church as God wants it." Throughout the world there is rising within the body of Christ this collective awareness and corporate knowing, a "spiritual sensing" if you will, that is emerging. This new awareness within the Body of Christ is bringing forth a greater understanding of age-old mysteries of the Church and a need for a corporate spiritual strategy to bring about the greatest spiritual awakening, reformation and revival the world has ever seen. It is now being understood by many in the Church world that the religious-form we have today is inadequate to bear the weight of glory that is coming with this Kingdom revelation. Through the centuries, religious systems and traditions of men have nearly replaced the supernatural Church structure that Christ raised up in the book of Acts. It is these systems that have replaced the glory of God for the vain glories of men. However, in this season, though the plans of man may be many, it is the Lord's purposes that shall prevail. These systems of man have so diluted the hearts of men, that men the world over are numbed to the promptings of the Spirit of God. We have come to a place where Church as we know it is preventing Church as God wants it. But as it was in Genesis, the Spirit of God is not just hovering over the earth, He is moving upon the hearts of men watching for the WORD of God to perform it. There is a pro-phetic generation that are not interested in tradition, not interested in esoteric religion but a generation that will seek after the very heart of God through His WORD. I believe that this is the generation of Jacob that is seeking His face with clean hands and a pure heart. I believe that this is the generation that will ascend to the hill of the Lord. I believe that this is the generation that will usher in the Kingdom with glory and power. It is this generation that will break the powers of hell that's been hindering the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ from coming forth in demonstration power. It is this generation that will move away from these systems of men and begin to function by the unctioning of the Spirit of the Living God. The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is changing! She is coming forth in might, majesty, dominion and power. It is the Church that the gates of Hades cannot prevail against. It is this Church that the Lord is calling you to be a part of. Do not allow traditions of men and loyalty to religious structures keep you bound to sepulchres. Do not seek the Living among the dead.

CHURCH IS A WAY OF LIFE,

NOT A SERIES OF

RELIGIOUS MEETINGS

In the first few centuries of the Church, believers were not called Christians. The followers of Christ were called "The Way." How prophetic this was as the Bible tells us that Jesus Christ is "the way" the truth and the life. What has happened over the centuries was to remove the concept of "THE WAY" and now we have a generation that is looking for "THE WAY" but can't find it. Many are speaking, many are claiming the way towards God. We live in a time where men have cultivated thousands of ways to get to God and the world is confused as to who to believe. The reason the early Christians were called "THE WAY" was because they had literally found "the way." What has happened to the Church is tragic and the cost and loss of human souls in the process if unimaginable. We have perfected multiple religious expressions with diverse solemn, theatrical, pomp and pious motions that claim a deep-rooted spiritual heritage. Is this truly the heart of God? Are we in fact practicing idolatry in the name of Jesus through the acts of religious traditions? Can I submit to you that the true nature of the Eternal Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is not and cannot be reflected in a constant series of religious meetings led by professional clergy! The measure of the Kingdom of God does not come by mere observation. The reason this generation is so frustrated is because they are looking for the invisible Kingdom of God with its power to heal, its power to save, its power to deliver, its power to raise the dead, its power to cast out demons. This generation is after the supernatural power of the God, they want to walk in the same power that raised Jesus from the dead. They want to see the followers of Christ in this hour take dominion over the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye and over the pride of life and walk holy and blameless before God and man. There is a way of the Cross of Christ that must come forth in this hour and this prophetic generation is pressing through the labyrinth of sin to find the steps that have been ordered for them by God. They are seeking the prophetic counsel and mind of God to fulfil and follow God's destiny for their lives through Christ. This generation is not interested in the one-day Christi-anity produced by religion; they want a life in God that their every day will be a spiritual and supernatural expression of their faith. They want the power of Christ to work in them not just in a religious service but throughout their daily walk.

THIS GENERATION MUST CHANGE THE SYSTEMS

The Church in the Islands of The Bahamas got its beginning for the most part an outpost of the worldwide denominational system as they expanded. We became "religious" products of the missionary work handed down through the years. In this process as is in most of the world, we were handed a structure that was based upon the cultural and religious expressions of our religious masters. In this acceptance we aligned ourselves and digested the religious patterns of the historic Orthodox Church after Constantine in the fourth century AD. With this adoption, we inherited a religious system which was at its core expressive of the Old Testament, complete with priests, altar, a Christian temple (cathedral), frankincense and a Jewish, synagogue-style worship pattern. The Roman Catholic Church came along and canonized the system. Luther came along and reformed the content of the gospel, but he left structural forms

of the "church" untouched; the Free-Churches freed the system from under the power of being controlled by State governments, the Baptists came along and baptized the system, the Quakers did nothing more than dry-cleaned it, the Salvation Army came along and put it into uniform, the Pentecostals anointed it and the Charismatics re-newed it, but until today nobody has really changed the superstructure of the Church. Can I submit to you that this is the generation that God has raised up and is raising up to bring forth reformation and transformation of the Kingdom of God upon the earth. As it was in the beginning, so shall it be in the end. Saints, the time is now to lay aside the yokes of bondage. Religion and traditions of men can no longer satisfy the human need to know who they are, why are we here or where are we going? It is time for the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ to come forth in the power of His resurrection and begin to demonstrate the power of the kingdom. The quintessence of the Church is to do the will of the Father. Will you give God permission to use you as a vessel of change in this hour?
