Body sweating profusely, throat throbbing with pain, ears not hearing. "Help me Lord." Taking medication, conditions worsen...body feverish, voice all but

gone! Heart feeling like it's gonna burst... severe pain... heart cry, "Heal me Oh Lord and I shall be healed;" Jeremiah 17:14. "Kaboom!" You are out on the floor! What do you do when God does not answer? As I lay out on that floor, holding onto the Word... couldn't verbalize it: but from within kept believing it. Drifted into a deep, deep sleep...when I awoke the pain was gone, along with the fever. The ears could hear, and the voice returned, the heart was beating right on time!

In your walk with God you have been faithful. Yet you may be in a situation where your back may be against the wall. You have prayed and fasted. Yes, you are meditating in the Word day and night. Yet your situation seems to be getting worse! What do you do when God does not answer? Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call unto Me, and I will shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." but you have called unto Him... He has not answered! What do you do? I challenge you to still hold onto the Word of God with the tenacity of a pit bull! Dare to believe God, even though He seems not to answer. For even in the midst of His silence, He is Jehovah Shammah... He is present, He is with you, as He was with me when my heart felt like it would burst... He did not answer...He was present, and I am still here in the land of the living. You may not have a job, and all the bills are past due. You may have been served an eviction notice. School is about to open, and you have not seen the first dollar to get your children ready for school. Your spouse may have just left you! There may be no food in the cupboards, and no electricity, the water may be off too. What do you do when God does not answer? Continue to believe the Word, and boldly declare... hold onto the WORD: for God, though He does not answer. He has heard your cry, and even now at this very moment, He will come to your rescue. Your condition will change suddenly... Yes believe it today! He has already made provisions for you and your family. He is a Restorer, He is your Healer, and your Deliverer, He is your Shield and Buckler. He is your High Tower from the enemy. He has become your Rock of defence. He is your Jehovah Jireh, every need: He will meet, He will provide for you!

In conclusion. What do you do when God does not answer? I double dare you to stand on His WORD, without a shadow of doubt: in spite of the conditions all around you! I am a living witness... He will not fail, nor disappoint you! May the Lord strengthen and continue to sustain you, in each trial He allows you to go through. Be encouraged. He will see you victoriously through, even when He does not answer!
