I almost forgot it was hurricane season until the disastrous performance of Dr. Hubert Minnis Wednesday last in the House of Assembly and in a press conference after.

He should be declared a one man disaster zone.

Dr. Minnis got his facts wrong about certain matters in relation to Education Minister Jerome Fitzgerald.

His contribution to the debate on the matters before the House were rambling, poorly thought out and disjointed.

He was way out of order and personally nasty to Dr. Andre Rollins.

Then in talking to the press he accused former Ingraham governments of victimization.

In doing so he managed in a few minutes to throw his own colleagues under the bus and undermine the very purpose of his press conference.

The FNM now has to deal with Hurricane Minnis and the path of disaster he leaves behind just about every time he speaks.

Like after other disasters, at some point the FNM will have to undertake relief and recovery efforts to clean up the mess and repair the damage Dr. Minnis is causing.
