Contract signing at BORCO

On Thursday, August 26, 2010, BORCO Intl. Ltd. and Cal Dive Offshore Contractors Inc. of Houston Texas, signed a contract for the reinstatement of the Old Large Jetty (Berth 5 and 6). The project involves the removal of the existing structure and the installation of a new jetty structure along with new pipelines from the BORCO tank terminal to the jetty offshore.

The new jetty which is comprised of a deck and its jacket were fabricated in Louisiana, USA.

BORCO provides storage of petroleum products for a number of international clients with a present capacity of 21.4 million barrels. BORCO also offers blending, transshipment and bunkering services. The terminal is located in Freeport, Grand Bahama, just 80 miles off the coast of Florida, and is the largest storage terminal in the Caribbean.

Cal Dive International, Inc. is a marine contractor. The Company provides manned diving, pipe lay and pipe burial, platform installation and platform salvage services to a diverse customer base in the offshore oil and natural gas industry. It offers its customers these services on an integrated basis for more complex sub sea projects. Its global footprint encompasses operations in the Gulf of Mexico Outer Continental Shelf (OCS), the Northeastern United States, Latin America, Southeast Asia, China, Australia, the Middle East, India and the Mediterr-anean.

The Company owns and operates a fleet of 31 vessels, including 21 surface and saturation diving support vessels, six pipe lay/pipe bury barges, one dedicated pipe bury barge, one combination derrick/pipe lay barge and two derrick barges.
