Transformation is taking place in the supernatural and physical realms of the earth and Lighthouse International Ministry is elated to be a part of that great change God is transposing in the midst of His people. On Thursday August 20 the crusade launched with Elder Laquez Williams from Jubilee Cathedral at the helm.
One could not have anticipated the overflow of youthful souls who would have entered the house looking for service as usual. Instead, God manifested himself through the anointed ministry gifts of our speaker and topped it ojf with a prophetic impartation through Tasmaine Sutherland of the Agape House family. I doubt that either men would have been able to move efficiently throughout the service had it not been for the holistic singing ministered through our guest artist Tafarrah Williams
who brought down the glory with her rendition of the song, " I Want To Put A Smile On Your Face." Prior to Tafarrah's ministry in song, Higher Anointing praise singers simply cut and cleared the atmosphere through the praise and worship that was simply " off the chains." The sound of Junkanoo music rocked the house as they forwarded one medley after the other. At the end of the service the anticipation was piqued, as many of the young people present really didn't want to leave. Many stood in the parking lot basking in the experience of the wonderful presence of God which simply took over the house.
More Than You Can See
Moreover, I believe that the inspired word of God ministered by Elder Laquez Williams was such that impacted the lives of the listeners in such a way that praise was still resonating long after the service was concluded. The sub theme for his message was â More than You Can See. He used a wonderful illustration of a tree. Many people look at a tree and all they think is that it is not an amazing thing. however, when one considers the transformation that a tree goes through, a greater appreciation for the tree is developed. A tree can transform into many useful things. Take for instance, a tree can be transformed into a drum stick, piano keys and the list goes on. It can be transformed to provide food, oxygen, shade, shelter and even beauty products such as hair dye and make-up.
What You See Is
what You Get
You see, although folks may disregard the value of a tree from time to time or even take it for granted, the truth is that every tree has some worth. Each tree has a destiny. Even though, persons may not readily consider the destiny of an actual tree at
first glance, the reality is that a tree grown will eventually manifest its true purpose. In essence, the same applies to many of our lives. People often judge each other based on what they see. Nonetheless, such a practice can be destructive in the sense that you could overlook a person based on what you presume to be truth, when in fact the individual has more to offer than you can imagine. What you see is not always what you get. Sometimes you must search a bit deeper to see the purpose that is latent within.
As you move through the course of the week, try to focus on transforming the inward man and focus less on the outward because God is more concerned about the transformation that is taking place within your inner man as oppose to the external features of your outer man. Let's live life in obedience to God's word and say yes to His every will that the destiny God has procreated for you to walk in may unveil.
