The Grand Bahama Power Company (GBPC) gave back to residents this yuletide season with its second Christmas Cheer initiative.
Last year the program encompassed an LED Light Exchange program; a reconnection initiative and customer appreciation giveaway.
This year GBPC employees brought joy to the children in the Paediatric ward of the Rand Memorial Hospital as well as the Grand Bahama Children’s home.
Honoring their commitment to assist communities that were hardest hit by Hurricane Matthew, employees handed out roofing supplies to residents of Pinder’s point community. Grand Bahama Power and their employees are committed to the betterment of the Grand Bahama community.
“At GBPC we are deeply invested in our community, we are pleased to contribute to and support initiatives that help make our communities enriched, healthy and prosperous places to work and live.” stated corporate communications officer Cleopatra Russell.
